Anki update

Let's start with something that I have been really enjoying.

Anki!

(You can read the original blog here:

Well, January has just finished, and here are the verses that I have had a total joy to memorize.  It's working, and it is fantastic to have the word of God filling my thoughts.

And before you start thinking, "well good for you,"  this is not my attempt to boast.  But rather to encourage others that this idiot over here who has never been able to memorize scripture can by the grace of God, enjoy his word, and you can too!

1 Samuel 16:7 / But the Lord said to Samuel, b“Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his
stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward
appearance, cbut the Lord looks on the heart.”

our God.

the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.
2 Timothy 1:7 / For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
2 Timothy 3:16 / All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for

according to the power at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout
all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

Gen.1.28 / And God blessed them. And God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and
subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every
living thing that moves on the earth."

and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Joshua 24:15 /  And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the LORD, choose this day whom you will
serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites
in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my   house, we will serve the LORD.”

Systematic Theology, Chapter 39

*Just a reminder that this study of Wayne Grudem's book, Systematic Theology, is not by any means me teaching, but rather a simple sum...
