sewing....

I'm no expert, but there is something relaxing about doing a bit of sewing.  Here are two of my winter projects. 

1. Christmas dress for Lydia.  Result:  way too big, but something to "grow into."  This year it went almost down to her ankles, next year to her knees?

 2. Lots of pajama pants; these might not have been so amazing for the kids who got them, but it was a fun warming up project for me as I learned my way around my new sewing maching.
