the best thing about the fall season in Sweden

Nothing better than a good hike in the forest, especially if we can find some Chanterelle mushrooms along the way! Two days ago as we drove on a narrow windy Swedish road, I told Daniel, "stop the car, stop the car!" So we pulled over and picked ourselves a feast of Chanterelles that were growing there! Today, we went for a hike but most of the local forest has already been "picked out" and there were only stubs of mushrooms left for the most part. But we did find enough for a sauteed chanterelle sandwich. Even Lydia is picking up on the art of Chanterelle picking! Thanks, Chanterelles, for supplying our daily requirement of Vitamin B, Vitamin D, and plenty of protein! (do i sound like a health hippie or what!?)

Systematic Theology, Chapter 39

*Just a reminder that this study of Wayne Grudem's book, Systematic Theology, is not by any means me teaching, but rather a simple sum...
